• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract 
• Rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion, based on availability 
• Any cancellation terms outlined in your signed agreement will take precedence 

Guests and clients agree to:

• Follow all venue rules and staff instructions during events 
• Treat the property, staff, and other guests with respect 
• Be responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests 

Additional fees may apply for damages, unauthorized use of equipment, or violations of venue policies.

• All in-house equipment (including sound systems, projectors, and control devices) is for staff use unless otherwise authorized 
• Unauthorized use may result in additional fees 
• Custom A/V support may require a designated Nichols Venue technician 

• Clients may bring alcohol only if permitted under their event package 
• The Nichols Venue reserves the right to enforce all applicable laws regarding alcohol service 
• Clients may be required to obtain event insurance, including host liquor liability coverage 

By attending or hosting an event at The Nichols Venue, you grant permission for photos or videos taken at the venue to be used for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

By submitting your contact information through our website or subscribing, you agree to receive communications from The Nichols Venue, including text messages related to:

• Event inquiries and bookings 
• Event reminders and updates 
• Promotions and special offers
