Our Houston event space features 16-foot gallery walls spanning 100 feet, powered by commercial-grade projectors. Surround your guests with a Santorini sunset, a city skyline, a slideshow of the guest of honor, or your brand on every wall. In addition, LED lights line the staircase and main room, 6 uplights accent the pillars, and the building exterior lights up for a dramatic arrival. No other event venue in Houston transforms like this.
Furnished Layouts
Every rental at our Houston event venue comes fully furnished: black Chiavari chairs, round and rectangle banquet tables, plush black lounge sofas, cocktail tables, coffee tables, and bar stools. Arrange an elegant seated dinner, a lounge-style mixer, or theater rows for a presentation. The layout flexes to your event, and setup is already handled.
Advanced Audio Systems
Our surround sound system fills every corner of the venue with crystal-clear audio. Plug and play your own playlist in seconds, or hand it over to the pros: we have the speakers and bass to power DJs, live musicians, and full bands. XLR connections and two cordless microphones are included with every event rental.
Premier Catering
From gourmet plated dinners to buffets and interactive food stations, our culinary partners craft menus around your event and your guests. Our on-site kitchen supports in-house cooking, so food arrives hot and fresh, never trucked across town. Prefer your own caterer? Bring them. You have complete freedom over your food and beverage experience at no fee.
Decor
The Nichols is a blank canvas for your vision. Our in-house decor team can build intimate settings with candlelight and florals or grand productions with dramatic drapery, balloon installations, and custom backdrops.
Space
Our 4,000 square foot, two-story loft is one of the most striking event spaces in Houston. A glass banister wraps the upstairs level, giving guests a dramatic view over the main floor, while floor-to-ceiling mirrors in the main space and bathrooms add light, depth, and endless photo moments. A full kitchen supports in-house cooking, and modern construction keeps every detail polished.
